3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph69 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ph69 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph69 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph69 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph69 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify ph69 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph69 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. ph69 is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.5 Account Suspension and Termination. ph69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to comply with KYC requirements. Upon termination for cause, ph69 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on ph69: (a) any form of cryptocurrency (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset); (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations. Attempts to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined and may result in account review.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on ph69 is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer may vary.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash or Maya wallets are typically processed within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ph69 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ph69 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. ph69 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML review where required.
5.1 General. ph69 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. 5.4 Promotional Changes. ph69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. ph69 is not liable for any loss resulting from changes to promotional offers.
6.1 Game Availability. ph69 offers a curated library of casino games including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and crash games. Game availability may vary and ph69 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All ph69 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics supplied by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of ph69's operational systems.
6.3 Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP percentages for ph69 games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, ph69 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return wagers to the player's account. ph69 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ph69 Platform.
10.2 ph69's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph69 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ph69 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph69 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph69's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
ph69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the ph69 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering on ph69, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, and service improvement purposes.
ph69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ph69 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the ph69 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ph69 support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph69 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to ph69's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
ph69 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by ph69 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
